Tamika R. Johnson is a Business/Project
Manager and Owner of administrative partners, llc. She has over 14 years of administrative and business experience in the financial
services, legal, real estate and consulting environments. During this time, she served as the administrative coordinator and
project manager for senior management teams; consulting with them on the most effective administrative processes in which
to run their daily activities, manage their global teams and their time in general. She offers expertise on effective project
management and administrative processes.
An honor graduate of the University of Maryland’s Masters in Business Administration
(MBA) program, and a cum laude graduate of the Art
Institute of Washington’s Graphic Design (BFA) program. Tamika leads administrative
partners, llc in assisting growing businesses manage multiple projects and daily operations efficiently. She
also works with start up businesses on the processes necessary to get their business up and running effectively.
Tamika has served on the Board
of Directors of the American Institute for Graphic Arts (AIGA) DC Chapter and has been an active member of the International
Virtual Assistants Association, the Online Business Managers Association and the Women Business Owners of Prince George's
County (WBO). She was also the WBO 2009 Grant Award Recipient.
