This solution is generally the most productive because at administrative partners, llc, we strive to cultivate a collaborative relationship that supports your business consistently, thus stimulating business growth. Our retainer packages are custom designed to save you money by providing discounts based on the hours contracted. We require an 11 hour minimum and 3 month commitment for all retainer packages.  All retainers are purchased in advance and payable the first of each month. Retainer rate for Realtor® services will include postcard and flyer design and production, as well as advertisement design. Retainer rate for Event Planning will include PowerPoint presentation design and production of handouts.   Discount Retainer Rates 11-15 hours 10% discount – $44.00 SAVINGS!!* 16-20 hours 15% discount – $96.00 SAVINGS!!* 21+ hours 20% discount - $168.00 SAVINGS!!* *Savings calculated using the fee of $40/hour at the minimum hours. A one time fee will be charged to all new clients. This fee includes a consultation of needs, exchange of pertinent working/contact information and a collaborative workplan for the relationship.  This time is not included as part of billable hours.
